Move better.
Hurt less.
Get back to your sport.
Evidence-based assessment, hands-on treatment, and rehab — built around your goal, usually starting at your first visit.
Our Process
Five clear steps. One plan built around your goals. Most conditions are often resolved in 8-10 visits.
Your First Visit · 45 Minutes
Assessment
We start by finding the true cause of your problem — evaluating your movement, posture, strength, and range of motion, along with your vitals and medical history. Imaging is ordered only if red flags appear. When appropriate, treatment usually begins during this same visit.

Built During Your First Visit
Customized Treatment Plan
Before your first visit ends, we build your customized plan together: your goal, in your own words; the phase of care you’re in — Pain Relief, Return to Activity, or Performance; a clear timeline; and homework to keep your progress moving between visits.
Your Plan Checklist
Built During Your First Visit
- ✓Your goal — in your own words
- ✓Your phase — Pain Relief, Return to Activity, or Performance
- ✓Your timeline — clear milestones
- ✓Your homework — exercises between visits
More Frequent Visits at First
Pain Relief Phase
Visits start more frequently while we work to get your symptoms under control. Chiropractic adjustments, myofascial muscle work, and other therapies restore healthy movement — not just mask the pain.

Less Frequent Visits, More Progress
Return to Activity Phase
As pain settles, visits become less frequent. We add rehab exercises and movement modifications so you can return to work, sport, and daily life — pain-free and with confidence.

Fine-Tuning and Maintenance
Performance Phase
This is the fine-tuning and maintenance phase. With custom home exercise programs, occasional adjustments, and muscle work, you’ll become stronger, faster, and smarter — preventing plateaus and relapses.

As a life-long marathoner, I’ve been to multiple chiropractors who haven’t been able to solve my problems with repeated costly visits. Dr. Donahue is the first I’ve found who is proactive with working with me on a plan to minimize reoccurrence and has me running pain-free and smoother than ever. For a first-rate professional experience, I highly recommend Dr. Donahue and his staff.

I have been headache free for the past week thanks to my adjustments. (I have been living with almost daily headaches for more years than I can count.) I particularly like the fact that Dr. Donahue realizes that the muscles and bones work together so he works to stretch muscles as well as make sure the spine is aligned. He is extremely professional! I feel amazing after only 3 visits.

Dr. Donahue is an amazing chiropractor. He is attentive, thorough, has a friendly demeanor, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. I came in hobbling from an ankle injury and Dr. Donahue gave me the information and healing I so needed. In 6 sessions he was able to get my ankle moving and get some of the scar tissue straightened out. Dr. Donahue is a great asset to have. I’m so happy I found him!
